In short - the best spent money for a service at BHW!
Detailed review:
I paid $21 for Bronze Package on 12-20-2011 and got my report on 12-23-2011
The website was on page 5 for the main keyword according to HMA by using USA proxy.
Today the website is on #18 for the main keyword targeted!
This means, in simple words, that this service improved my website SERP and keep it till now. And this for 21 bucks only. Can you imagine how good Platinum Package would be?

I saw 2 of my very new sites (less than 2 months old) rank #3 and #4 for a foreign language keyword after 2 platinium packs.
They cost a bit of money but are definitly worth it, the ROI will be done within 3 months for these sites.
