If it helps, I've ordered my fourth or fifth order from Justin a few days ago because of the great results. Even before the report comes in, check your SERPs -- mine made some great movements (see my post above).

Looks like Justin has quite a number of orders, as he's closed to new orders for a bit, so probably going through growing pains.

Either way, I can understand if you're promised a report by a certain time and haven't received it, but for me it's the results I'm more interested in. So, I follow the SERPs before I even get a report, and sometimes see the results there before the report.

Was told it would take 3-10 days; I received the report on 4/15 after asking twice. Kinda sucked I had to keep tabs on this and that the delay was so long.

Quality:
Everything appeared to be good.

Report:
Excel; 16 web 2.0 ordered (rec 20); 200 high profile (rec 488), 100sb (rec 235), 10 videos (rec 7). The video was ghetto as f******k, lol but no worries.

Ending:
This was done on a virgin inner page which was ranking 220. As of today its showing position 40 on sescout. I'd considering ordering this again, if maybe time is increased and updates were better.

I am sure your website ranking will increase even further once the remaining links are cached.

There was some delay with the projects as we recently had to deal with some large orders. It was totally unexpected, But we have managed to solve this problems by hiring more additional staffs. From now everyone will get their orders within the said time.

The results where better than I expected. I am now ranking around page 2 to 3 for the keywords. (Before I was not ranking at all)

Given that my domain is less than a year old and every one in the top 3 pages has a PR of at least 3 I would consider his service a success. I am in the process of ordering more (Just sent him another email with more questions).

The "Partial" report was given to me on the 15th. So it took 12 days for a 80% completed process. I received the final report on 22nd.

Although the process for the entire report took longer than expected, I actually liked it more since it spaced out the back links.

Pros:
Delivers what was promised plus some
SERP Movement
Followed specific requests well
Answered questions when asked

Cons:
Took a bit longer, but ended up working out great.

Overall:
Will use again for repeat orders
