conquestyoutube - I know you can probably clarify this information yourself... But just so everyone knows... conquestyoutube is going to put the textual information at the "beginning" of the video. He is not watermarking the video throughout.

conquestyoutube - As a suggestion... I would say it would probably increase the possibility of You*Tube visitors visiting and/or identifying the textual information if you were to place it at the END of the video as well.... Just a suggestion.

I'd like to ask a copyright question,

At what situation, can you avoid the original video owner coming at you with a lawsuit? I think watermarking at the bottom of the video throughout would contribute to one.

Can you get away with this, by placing textual info at the beginning, and end of the video?

Reason I ask is because I'd like to use this service towards my Pte. Ltd. company.
 
I am doing a couple trial runs for various users. Please note that I will be posting the video URLs for all trials to the public in this thread. Please do not request a trial unless you do not mind your video results being posted to the public. We will only be processing one trial run at a time, and are only available for a limited time to the moderators.

Also, please note that adult content and dating services do not have a long YouTube lifespan. We are not responsible for video bans that may occur due to content that violates YouTube policies. You are responsible for your own campaign decisions, our network simply orchaestrates the magic. I will provide warning whenever I feel that your ad or keywords may contain risky content.

Also how many keywords are optimal for your purpose? 10 keywords? 600(I'm not joking either, I have about 500 keywords)

Overview:
I provided conquestyoutube with a list of keywords and a textual ad that was to be placed on the video. His service scours YouTube using keywords you provide and rips videos that are currently on YouTube. Once he has the videos from YouTube, his service then places a textual ad at the beginning of the video - It shows for approximately 6 seconds. After your textual ad is shown, the video that was taken from YouTube beings to play. The video that was ripped from YouTube stays in it's original form.

Speed and Delivery:
I provided my keywords to conquestyoutube and within 24 hours he had 600 videos completed and posted on YouTube for me. How Video Links are Provided:

You will want to provide conquestyoutube with the minimal amount of keywords for the video niche you are trying to target. I say this because I provided conquestyoutube with many keywords and some of the videos ripped from YouTube were not the niche I was looking for. So... My advice to you - Use as few keywords as possible so your video niche is closed targeted when his engine scours YouTube for videos.

Pros:
Customer Service is excellent.
Devliery is fast.
Links are provided to you for all videos.
Videos stay quality and crisp - They are not "grainy".

Cons:
Textual information is only at beginning of video.
Original watermarks are left on video.

Additional Notes:
If you decide to target Adult Content on YouTube you risk the chance of your videos being removed by YouTube quickly. If you target a good "clean" niche... This service can provide 500 videos posted on YouTube for $49.95 - This could be a really low cost, no hassle, marketing strategy.

If there aren't 500 videos for keywords you're given, does the buyer get less than 500 videos or do they get an option to add more keywords? Is there any way to get the watermark or "branding" added at the end or throughout the whole video? Can the buyer add a generic description or tags?

Are you using aged accounts to do this or are they new accounts? The reason I asked is because I've had some aged accounts restricted where I couldn't add new videos for a certain amount of time and my new accounts banned all the time after one or two complaints taking down all the videos from the new accounts. The restricted accounts videos are still live though I can't upload anything new until the restrictions come down.

If you're really doing this by hand you are insane. You have to have some kind of program that automates this. No matter what this sounds like a great price.

Currently we only brand the beginning of the video. We want to try to be as unobstructive to the viewer's experience as possible. In the near future we will add additional branding options, as well as possible watermarking.

We are also working on a solution to allow buyers to add text to the description. That should be ready by Monday in fact.

We have thousands of YouTube accounts, both aged and new. If any accounts are taken down for whatever reason, we immedietely re-upload the videos on new accounts. We limit each account to 20 videos to avoid the impact of potential bans. Every account is created on a seperate IP address, on a seperate email account. We have no restrictions with our capacity as far as YouTube is concerned.
