Joe Baker here. I received an email from you on the 28th saying that my videos were being uploaded at that time and that you needed a password from me so that I could log into your video page and see my results.

I emailed you right back with a password. I emailed you again yesterday on Oct 30th (at [email protected]) because I still had not received any logon information or details.

I haven't received any hit's to my website and haven't received any login details. So my question is, Has the work been completed and if so when will I receive my login credentials?

It's unfortunate that I'm having to expose dirty laundry in this forum but I originally ordered this 500 video package back on 10-22-08 so from date of origin this is now the 10th day since I ordered!

What gives?

Please, get back to me as soon as possible as to what is taking place!

fugginguy, I have emailed the credentials to you just now. Sorry for the delays. We have been experiencing problems with our YouTube accounts purchased from Brownsoft. We purchased 1000 accounts from them, and they were all banned. So we had a bit of a crisis in the last week. Fortunately, we have new providers and everything is proceeding quickly! =)

We greatly appreciate everyone's patience. This is a very difficult industry, especially with the number of videos we are uploading. (10,000+ videos per day).

I appreciate your getting back to me quickly.

Although, You said you have the problem corrected with your account supplier, I believe you still have a SERIOUS problem.

1st, I logged in and there are only 343 videos uploaded

2nd, I clicked on the first 20 links and 19 out of the first 20
videos have been removed.

As you know my content and keywords have absolutely nothing
to do with adult content so, that would not warrant removal.

What is going on and why were 19 out of the first 20 videos removed?
I'll continue to open the links and report back here what the total
number of videos are that have been removed. Also why is it showing that only 343 videos were uploaded? I paid for 500 and you said you were going to upload an additional 20% (100) videos, total being 600? I don't understand what is going on!

I've now clicked on the first 100 links. 92 out of the first 100 videos have been Removed Due To Terms Of Use Violation! Again as stated above, nothing in my text ad or key words are adult related. Further more a number of the original videos (that you ripped) have been on YouTube for 3,4,5, even 11 months so obviously nothing is wrong with the original content!

What I have noticed is there are a ton of the same videos (Repeats) that you have uploaded numerous times. (Which is probably why they have been removed)

Josh, I've been very patient but honestly I'm very busy, hence this is why I'm paying you guys to do this and I should not and don't need to be waisting my time double checking this stuff.

Please get this stuff straightened out as quickly as possible! I believe you have a valuable service here, but you really need to get these issues straightened out so that we can continue to due allot of business together in the future. (The better your service the more money I make and the More money you make)

I was looking at the wrong info. My apologies!

I've now opened the first 200 links and 185 out of 200 videos have been removed.

I'm going to cease posting here for now until I hear back from you as to what is going on.

As I said in my last post, 1500 of our accounts that we purchased from Brownsoft were banned (many of which have not yet even been used, so the problem is not on our end). This is an unexpected turn of events and this is why I made a few posts about the issue.

We now have a new accounts supplier and we have purchased several new servers so that we can rapidly upload videos. We expect to have all problems fixed within the next 24 hours. Also, we have no problem offering additional videos at no charge since we are running behind schedule.
