You may put whatever you like on the title and the content of the forum posts. You may also spin it to make it random

How long should the title be in charachters? How long should the post be? Do I need to create a different post for each URL or will one generic post for all the sites I include be sufficient? Thank you.

Title - 60 characters
Post - As many as you want but don't make it very long, as long as the amount is acceptable as a forum post. Because some forums accept up to 1000 characters some accept more, some less.

One generic post would be sufficient, basically it's up to you
