If you create tons of blogs and want to get them INDEXED, how would you recommended these get used in with all these accounts. Avoiding suspicion and a footprint.

Well yes, people use them for their mass posting on social media and social bookmarking sites all at once with this service. If you play safe and post like 5-10 posts a day then i think it works good but if you make an autoblog that gets like 100 feeds a day then obviously their is a high risk of suspension as it will look more like a spam!!

Yes, it works good for indexing no doubt and it works even better if you submit the RSS feeds to the RSS Aggregators!!
