So finaly I tried to get a refund but Paypal doesn't give a refund if a service isn't fullfilled Damn, double "scammed"... (I don't assume you this, but I really tried to be fair and didn't heard from you). If you are honest you'll send me my 20$ back, I had transaction ID #848252274F874761X.

I'm sorry for your problems, if you're able in future to fullfill your service (and got my money back) I'll pay you again but till then I'm really really disappointed.

I'll post here IF I got my money back...

I got my refund through paypal just yesterday after I had filed a dispute 20 days ago.

Paypal gave 10 days to this guy to respond to them, he didnt respond, so they sent me the money back by taking it from his account

I do feel pity for that guy though.He standed firm here trying to offer something really blackhat at reasonable rate and now his ISP blocked him looking into his enormous usage of bandwidth.
Good that I purchased scrapebox, which I randomly use once a week for blasting.
