Say someone orders the 100k package, can you space out the link distribution so that you don't blast out all 100k links in one day? Could you instead spread them out over, say, 6 months time?

I know Google won't index them all in one day, but even 100k links over one month's time could look dodgy.

how many urls can we give in a 100k pack and are these blasts or guaranteed links? if these are just blasts, then how many of them do you think will stick or get posted successfully? I would appreciate answers to my question
