and about the scraping issue, i asked because google temp bans ips if they are abused. with that said, you'll get little to no results when it comes to scraping because of your ip.

Yep that's true. Google temp bans IP's if they are abused. No proxies can't stop them from happening. You just have to buy as many proxies as you need for scraping.

i advice you to use private proxies for commenting and public for scraping.

Ok so how do I get in on the promotion if I already have 10 proxies for a couple more weeks? If I buy 20, will I have 40 until my previous 10 expire and then have 30 and have that deal forever if I keep reupping?

I have been with you for more than 6 months now and now my paypal is limited. I need another method to have subscription with you.

A know, a single customer may not mean much to you, but still hoping to get some solution.

P.S - I tried opening another paypal and verifiying it via VCC, but PayPal has blocked all VCCs since last few days and all new accounts get instant limitation after adding VCC.
