I am having some problems with the proxies I have, it keeps on prompting me with the "error 407 proxy authentication required" I have auto detected the ip I am using but still there is the error. I would like to request a new set of proxies and hope the authentication error will not happen again.

email support and I'll log in a few hours and fix your proxies. If you have the option this month to randomize your proxies you can do that yourself. Other solution would be to delete your saved IPs completly and save it again, that should solve the problem as well.

To the staff : I'm a customer and had a quick question :

Is there any way to randomize your proxies if you dont have the "Randomize" button?
I'm not posting on CL, or spamming, or using ANY website anyone else is.

Also, how often can I use the Randomize button? If it's every X amount of days, is there any way you guys can put in a timer display showing when the next randomize is available?

1. How well do these proxies work with craigslist posting? If a certain proxy prevents an ad to go dead, can we 1:1 return that proxy, for another?

2. I HATE paypal. Do you have another payment method?

3. Any specials or deals going on? I'd like to try 50 to test.

4. USA ONLY, HTTP Anonymous?

1. There is tons of clients that are successfully posting on CL with these proxies. You meant live i guess yeahh i can replace them for you. There is currently about 3K non-used virgin c-blocks to pick from so i guess that would go well on CL.

2. Not at the moment, the paypal account is pretty much connected to the system to be automated with activating the proxies.

3. Nope, there is no special deal at the moment, 50 proxy would cost $99.99.

It is not possible at the moment, the paypal account connected to the proxy system and the subscription itself cannot be modified

I cant confirm that for you... there is no sites blocked on the proxies but if they find out you are using proxies you'll get that account banned.

I think its got fixed yesterday. Btw someone said scrapebox had some problem yesterday so it maybe was that. But the problem is gone on both side i think.

i signed up yesterday - proxy seems to work for like 5-7 seconds then says my ip is banned. All i want to do is check out some google pr of a couple of links nothing major.

I emailed you but no response - i really want to get this sorted asap.

I am using scrapebox but the issue seems to be with the system not detecting my ip correctly.

It seems when i press auto-detect the proxies work for a few seconds then my ip is blocked again.

Any reason for this?

I'm having the same issue with using these for Google. All I'm doing is running some searches and when my IP gets banned, I switch proxies, but Google is still giving me that damn error message "Your computer or network may be sending queries too fast".

Normally when this happens, I switch proxies and I'm fine. Now it's not working though....

I got no emails at all with information about my proxies. So I recently opened a PayPal dispute.

Hopefully I can get this sorted quickly.
