I've ordered your Advanced Package since 4 July 2010 (Unique Transaction ID #3XB94713HK832570W) so its been exactly 2 weeks.

I tried to contact you privately on numerous occasions:
i) email (11 Jul 2010, 13 Jul 2010 & 15 Jul 2010)

but since multiple attempts on both (i) and (ii) have failed to yield results, I have to post her to contact you.

We just need to know how things are progressing with the work.
If SERPs are not moving, its still ok if we get replies and updates.
If we do not get replies and updates combined with no movement in SERPs, then we get concerned.

I'm sure any BHW member who has paid good money would feel the same way.

We could copy and paste the "chat transcripts" to support what we say but I am going to leave that out for the time being.
