Here is one of my sites that is one the first page of google. Currently i rank 9th place for the keyword "acne practice" out of 4 million competing sites and pages. Also i am on the same page as the product i am promoting.

Dalun, I don't think the 4m number show a thing about the difficulty of the keyword. No offense here but you need more than that number to judge the difficulty of a keywod.
For example the keyword "put my name in a box" has 206m result but i'm sure it's very easy kw.
