Odd, im still getting the same great results from this service. For me this service is great for getting to page 1 after which it needs to be supplemented with other services. This is still by far the most effective service Ive tried and Ive tried them all. I spend over $1500pm on them and see excellent roi.

It has been 9 days now since Vince was last on BHW, and although I have seen him pop up online most days on GTalk, he has ignored any attempts to communicate.

He did mention a while ago that a familly member was ill, I just hope that it is nothing too serious as that would explain everything.

Guys, i have had a few family issues and then had to be out for 10 days. Just got back today and i am sure i will have all these small issues solved

I have been using Vince for SEO strategies for close to a year now and while communication can sometimes be spotty, he always comes through. He has done a great job getting sites ranked well and has adjusted his strategies to accomodate Google changes like the recent Panda update.

We have had some hiccups and bounces along the way when the algo changes do happen but he comes back with on-page suggestions and new linking strategies which get us back on the road to high rankings. I have not lost any customers, nor have I had any sites sandboxed or penalized with Vince's services.

We have had a few very minor service issues such as getting ranking reports from sites we don't manage or getting reports late but the bottom line is, the results are there.

Overall I would give the following grades on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best:

Results: 4.8
Communication: 3
Knowledge: 4.5
Pricing: 5

I will continue to use Vince and his team for both existing and new business.

I posted an honest positive review about Vince and his services earlier this year but I am here to say I have grown very concerned as of late.

The reports have been sporadic at best and often inaccruate, his communication has been poor, often not responding for days at a time regarding urgent matters or new orders. I requested a payment link for a new order and it was to a completely different name and PP address with no trial period.

I am currently paying over $1K a month for his services and have been using him for over a year but I'm seriously wondering if he sold this business off to someone else or he simply doesn't care anymore. I have a fair amount of new business in the pipeline as well and I'm concerned about giving him more business if he can't be reliable.

If there is any other former customers or soon to be former customers of Vince and you have found a decent alternative that is about the same cost, please hit me up via PM. I'm testing some alternatives myself now.
