Hey, just wanted to know, so I give you 10-15 keywords and for 199 a month thoese keywords will be "guaranteed" I know you can't gurantee rankings, BUT will be ranked high? if I provide you with 10-15 low competition keywords I should expect them to rank nicley correct? just wondering. thank you so far "

Please check your email. I get ranking reports from one or more of your workers but very limited response from you. One of my sites have plummeted over the past two months even though we are still paying you every month. You were supposed to be getting back to us with suggested on-page changes and I haven't received anything. Please follow up.

Vince, I too have recieved a very poor service over the past few months, & am often sent the wrong reports. (Either other peoples or else reports for work that we havent ordered for months.)
Meanwhile im still waiting for 2 of the campaigns we paid you for last month to be done.
When I emailed you to remind you for the 3rd time that last months work although paid for had not yet been done, your reply was "let's talk"
I have tried to reach you on GTalk, and you havent replied to my emails.
I need those campaigns to be done. You have already been paid and I need the work done. Please get back to me with some good reports.

Vince, I have also been trying to reach you via email and gtalk. My sites have plummeted as well, some of them have dropped over 300 positions. Please respond or I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and find another provider.

I dont know what is going on with him, but I do know he is taking the money, promising to send reports ( reports that have been overdue for a month or more) and not doing anything.
The work isnt being done, he is just taking the money.
If I manage to catch him on GTalk he either jus leaves the conversation, or he lies, and promises to sort it all out. Then does nothing.

Ive been using them for a very long time, which is why it is so silly that they are now behaving like this. I dont know exactly what the post panda problem is, but they have caused me a lot of problems with my clients.
I used to recommend his service wholeheartedly, but now all I get are lies and empty promises which are never followed up on.

I'm in the same boat. I was using his services(which worked great) for about 5 months then I stopped at the beginning of the year. When I resumed the services in February it's never been the same. I will now be cancelling my subscription. Oh and designsonline, nice x-type, i own an s-type.

Windmill - before the panda update with this service my keywords were ranking from positions #8-15. After the panda update with this service my keywords are now ranking 400+

I asked Vince about this at the time of the update, as the new update is focusing on quality I wanted to know if the quality of the links were also going to need to improve. Vince said hw was on top of it and not to worry. But it would seem that I was right.
The quality of most of the links built are very low and done seem to be workin anymore.
The fact that he was just bundling everyones unrelated links together was a concern to me, and I think it might be partly the reason for the decline in his effectiveness....
Anyone got any thoughts on this?

"Expensive"? His service wasnt particularly expensive, in fact when it was working and he was doing the work properly pre-panda it was excellent value.
It only became expensive when he started accepting the money and not doing the work, and then either ignoring you or making excuses when you try to contact him.
I have been pateintly waiting for him to contact me and make good, if he doesnt I will be filing for a refund through Paypal for the last several campaigns...

I have been digging and it seems that profile links have been severely de-valued since the panda update. Almost all of Vinces links were low quality profile links, and not only that they also were totally unrelated to the keywords, and he also lumped several different clients links in together on one profile, which screams spam at first glance.
So this seems to be the reason that Google has dropped the value of his links and they are not working anymore. Vince, you need to adapt to this change and start building different kinds of links now. (But not using low quality spun content)
