I am satisfied with the report I received, however, the delay was tremendous. I do understand the time difference but I surely know that 3 - 4 days delay did not cause from time differences.

There were several complaints because I was desperate to seek advice which should have been arrived 3 days earlier, if someone was actually working on the problem.

Please accept my apology in seeking advice from the person whom I've been told to ask. Most importantly, when I signed up for the service, it clearly stated that resolving customer's problem is fast and efficient, which I only experienced efficiency.
