somebody use TA at this moment? or it is just our problem? (people with win 7 x64)

Win7 64 bit should be a problem. I use win7 64 bit myself and TA was compiled in the same machine..

PM me the exact messages that you are getting and Ill take a look.

Because right now, 1and1 is still on vacation and they will be back on tuesday 9-5. Thats still 24 hours from now before I get their support.

Mine will work for a few and just quit with this same message. I have had to restart more than 10 times in 2 hours.

I'm running W64 on two boxes and able to get both my TA licenses to authenticate. It's 3x slower to perform the handshake on the new server than with 1and1's server, but it does work if you give it a minute or two.

I have the same problem since 3 days or so, i cant tell because i didnt used for some time.
The site is down also, so i cant submit a support ticket

This sucks. I finally made up my mind about buying Tweet Attacks, and now it seems ppl say it doesn't work. I think I'm going to try Zenno for now. Hope fix comes soon.

Zenno rocks overall, but if by referrring to "now it seems ppl say it doesn't work" you are referring to their recent downtime, that is solely down to the fact that they unfortunately were hosted on the shittiest hosting company known to humankind (1and1). From what I've read, Jay has learned his lesson the hard way (and I hope - and would highly encourage him - in moving all his business to other hosting companies). 1and1 are the absolute worst.

So, that said, I would encourage you to buy Zenno, but not to "replace" TA. I would also encourage you to buy TA. I don't know your budget, but they are both awesome tools. Just very different in their areas of expertise (unless you know twitter inside out like Jay et al do).

TA is a tool that has been months in the making and is supported by some of the most knowledgeable people about twitter around. Like scrapebox, it includes regular updates to keep up with the game (and also like sbox the updates are included in the original purchase price). If you're looking to play in tweety land, it's the tool of choice. You can build some amazing stuff in ZP, and you can clone some of TA's functionality in it, but you aren't going to be able to reproduce the knowledge of how twitter works and keep up to date with the twit game on your own.

Thanks for the advice Greg. I also did get Zenno, and it truly is amazing based on what I have been able to explore with it. I have subscribed to this thread and will keep posted to see when erroronline14 gets his issues resolved with the hosting company.

I will definitely go ahead and get TA as soon I can log on to their website :D
 
Definitely agree with Greg...don't replace TA, because despite the present situation (which I'm sure they'll learn from), there is nothing that beats it for what it does.
 
I think we all waited enough patiently, xmas is over, and now is tuesday.... and the situation? not a word. Not an update and the temporary fix cause more issue than advantage.

This isn't at all the level of support required for be allowed to sell on this community, in my opinion.

The server is online again now. But due to the problem with current web host, we will need to move it now to another so we might experience downtime again in the next coming days. But we work it out in a way that license validation will not be affected.
