1) how many proxies are needed for a medium or large usage per month
2) can u direct me the best walk through or step by step instructions on how to effectively use TA? I got the free version, but not exactly figuring it out.. Thanks

I use 1 private proxy for 3 accounts.

Has anyone noticed that if you hover over your posted link on the tweet in the status window of internet explorer another links shows....starts with hxxp://t.co.

Maybe Twitter are sending our links through to some sort of reader or something first. My accounts are getting banned like crazy now for 2 days.

Yes, it's so they can mass ban ALL bot tweeting that URL it has been like that for a while.

Method I never tested but been thinking about:

Put you URL on something that isn't so obvious it's spam for example:

http://tweetlonger.com/
http://twitpic.com

etc.

Trying TA for the first time and having some problems. Am a very experienced Twitter user/marketer, so very comfortable with different tools. Here's the problem I'm having, which I posted on another thread as well (hope that's ok):

I'm trying out Tweetattacks and wondering if the free version still works. When trying two new twit accounts, one account gets authenticated, but 0/49 tasks are completed (following a list of 50). The second account gets a 403 msg..."the server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfil it".

I'm not using proxies, but I can't imagine that a couple twitter accounts trying to follow 50 people is the issue. I do a lot of work with Twitter, but this is my first go around with this tool.

Any insight? Is TA still a functioning tool, or greener pastures elsewhere?

any update to fix "twitter is rejecting your tweet error." I just test it manually my link can post successfully, even I test to reply other accounts (mine) and I can see the reply. i use latest version which is supposed fix that problem, but this error show up again in the next day (after fixed version). Please fix this error,thanks

Made about 600 accounts with TA AC for the first time, each using a different (public) anonymous proxy and two gmails with the gmail trick. All accounts suspended by the time I got around to checking them today, with no account activity whatsoever. What's my biggest leak here - public proxies are unavoidable for account creation, has twitter caught onto the gmail trick? Or could it be something else?

Also -- must you use anonymous proxies, or are transparent okay as well?

The Gmail trick hasn't worked for several Months now. That was way too easy to filter out and I'm surprised that it worked for as long as it did.

Simply put, if you use the Gmail trick when creating accounts, the accounts will be suspended before you even get the chance to verify Emails.

I purchased 6,000 hotmail accounts for $48 from KoD. Do a search for his username and you should be able to find his sales thread. If not, PM me and I'll send you the link.

I was having problems with this as well. It took me awhile to figure it out.

I just loaded in my account names and account passwords into the Account creator. That should be all it needs to log into the accounts and update profiles. SHOULD BE. But it does not work unless all the fields contain data. The name and email address fields need data in them or it won't update anything. The profile pic was the only thing that would update. Maybe the backgrounds as well, I forget. But the bio and the url would not update. Once I had put data in the other columns, then it worked like a charm.

I have 50 accounts using 25 private proxies on the "Account Statistics" module only 18 are working the other has this "Twitters server is not responding" error. I get the same error using the follow and unfollow module.

I can login the accounts manually and it works just fine but whenever i use TA it doesn't work!

Please advise

Here is what I put as an example 00.000.000:8080:####:##### I put numbers because those were my login info that they gave.
The proxies works ok in IE browser but in TA it is not working.

I use Squid Proxies and they work great for me.

They will not work if your ip always changes. If you have a static ip, then they will work fine.

Do not include the username and password at the end of the proxies. You just need the proxy and the port. eg: 222.22.222.22:8800

Also, make sure that you log into your Squid Proxy control panel and make sure that your ip is set in the authorized ips section. If it is and the proxies still do not work, try deleting your ip from the authorized list and save it. Add it back in and save.

A couple of days ago, all of my 184 range of proxies stopped working with Twitter. Maybe the range got blocked. Don't know. Contacted Squid Proxies and they were promptly replaced with no issues. If you have any 184 range of proxies, check them to see if they are working with Twitter again. If not, have them replaced.

Similar things happening with mine. Initially I thought It was the problem because of My Net Connection was slow. But later n I found the problem is with TA itself.

What I believe, TA needs another strong Update to make thing right for us to use it properly.

Hope to Hear from Erroronline14 very soon.
