Depends on HOW MANY tweets you send out PER DAY and the time span BETWEEN tweets.
In other words...
It's up to YOU.

Okay... I am being bombarded with PMs and I think many here will attest to the fact that I am pretty patient with these PMs i.e., I don't hold anything back and I tell you what I know works for ME.
However...
If you're going to PM me... Please already know the basics of Tweet Attacks. I don't have enough time in the day to TEACH you how to use it. Many of the PMs I'm getting don't even know what I'm talking about half the time because they are not yet familiar with the program. Just open it and start poking around with it!
Make a test Twitter account and use every function on TA until you can ask competent questions. I don't mind sharing but you have to know what I'm talking about in order to put what I share with you into practice.
And no... I am not pointing the finger at anyone in particular... I would just like to be able to answer your PM once... LOL.

any know the correct proxy format? i need to switch proxies to see if thats my problem. had 44 accounts all created from different IP's banned again today

You don't mention whether or not you've actually USED the accounts. I kind of doubt it's the proxies.
Did you create those 44 accounts with all different proxies? If so, HOW? Did you use the accounts after you created them? If so, how fast after you created them did you use them? How far apart were the tweets?
Need a little more info to go on...

1. made by a reputable twitter account creator using unique IP's
2. accounts were aged over 3 weeks.
3. tweeting between 1-4 mins
i'm sure it's the proxies now. i just put in another fresh 44 accounts and got them all banned with about 4 tweets each.

Well 1-4 minute tweets will DEFINITELY get you suspended. Also, if you made a bunch of accounts without verifying them -- let them age unverified, that can easily cause suspension too.

i used to have accounts go for a week tweeting 1-2 mins. also 1-4 mins is by suggestion of the OP so it can't be that bad. the accounts were verified.
maybe twitter is tightening up. i'm going to test out proxies to see what happens.

1-4 minutes works good for me. And he only posted 4 tweets. So I think thats not the problem. I suspect the second..

yeah i mean i got my second batch of fresh aged accounts (44 of them to be exact) and they sent out 4 tweets and got banned. pretty ridiculous

Twitter is DEFINITELY tightening down... That's why I run my tweets as follows:
2-5 minutes
3-5 minutes
3-6 minutes
And simply opened MORE INSTANCES to get max benefit.
I stopped using 1-4 awhile back because those accounts would not even last a full 24 hours.
I stopped using 1-2 minutes after just 3 weeks because those accounts just would not last a full 24 hours either.
I've had NO accounts suspended after simply creating them.

It will be a lot better and much appreciated if you refer to the users manual and familiarize yourselves with the software first before following the methods discussed here so you understand the basics usage of TweetAttacks.
