are obtained with private proxies.
the public proxies i port scan twice a day mon/fri
are supplied to scrape with. personally i dont advise
posting with public proxies because the success rate is
low

I will personally say that his proxies are definitely worth it! Sometimes it's hard grabbing a Skype account or finding the funds in GBP to send over, but I understand where he is coming from. He has been burned a few times. He will also personally take the time to go over all of the details with you on Skype and even let me try a few sample proxies that were almost two to three days old (and about 70% were still using). Pay for another service monthly if you like, but when you finally are able to make the investment, it is well worth going through the minor headache of payment for the lifetime membership!

As a side note, he VERY often over delivers almost daily with the proxies, so keep that in mind as well.
