the only reason this hasnt been fixed is because u only have 4 posts and cant
send pms on bhw without having 15. maybe if u had spent the last week making
13 posts, an amount i do in a day here, u could have resolved this alot faster.
its not my fault. and i doubt any mod here will blame me because uve had a week
to make 13 posts so u could pm me.

rule 1 i dont do signups just via mail
rule 2 i wouldnt send my pp info to a 4 post
user with an account 3 yrs old.
rule 3 i do all my sighups over skype
and finally my strict rule i never do paypal
with low post users with no rep no history
final rule i only do payments via express mail
with users of this type
