Also Proxy Central is a provider of "free" proxies, however the owner scans many thousands of proxies every day and provides lists of the working proxies. People should know to value privacy and anonymity, esp. proxy users. If I am to use this service some day I would actually insist on mailing the money instead of using a traceable method. Even if PP spills the beans or proxygo's records get seized, I'd still be safe. As to losing the money, $120 is a dinner for 2 or a club night for 1 (both of which are a lot more useless in the long run also scams in themselves as you get 2 t-bones that actually cost $20 or 5 beers that actually cost $5).
If the somewhat remote risk of losing a hundred or so would ruin you, well, that's no reason to flame an approved service or its provider. If it would be cheaper to scrape your own lists, then your time does not seem to be so valuable as even a fry cook can make the amount in 10 hours or so.

usualy the mail thing only applys
to users with 1/10 posts with old
accounts due to scams here.
anyone else i use paypal with.
so far about 12 payments mailed
all have arived - and i advise any user
who mails it to do so via recorded signed mail
this insures payment loss and means i have to
sign for it when it arives which is the buyers proof
it arived. no scam in that right
thing was - i hadnt even spoke to the other guy
he just flamed away because he read on this thread
mailed payments for low users rather than speak
to me first
