might i advise if u send that amount of money
via the mail again send it registered mail.
placing your own stickers on it doesn't require a
signature u have to pay extra for reg/mail when
you send it - a more scrupulous person could have
denied receipt of this money as no signature was
asked for - it was just posted through my door.
just a tip - vip account being activated as we speak.

post count - witch is surprising considering
you account is 6 months old .
so i will be upfront - i dont do paypal for low
post users - to often on bhw people with low
post counts commit alot of scams - im not saying
your 1 of them but it happens alot on bhw .
thats why i only take registured mail payments
for inactive low users .

because he had a low post count but an
old bhw account i politely told him i dont
do paypal for low post account users - to
many scams go with them using stolen paypals
and charge backs. so i offer to you the same as
i offered to him - if you wish to bcome a vip member
for scrape box proxies - mail your payment via
registured mail inside a birthday card - reg mail insures
the contents of the card and requires a signature upon
receipt. like this i received from joey

exactly - u want me to take a payment from
a member who has been here almost 11 months
done 6 posts. most mods and admins of bhw advise
caution with low post members who suddenly bcome
active after having an account many months.
your rating is so low u cant even send pms here

in the 8 pages of my sales thread i have received numerous
payments from low post members via mail because they understand the
sellers view - alot of low post users commit scams - fraud - use
stolen pay pals - i have nothing to hide because all payments mailed are
posted in my sales thread .
but when i ask you to take a risk on a reputable seller
with 8 pages of positive reviews and +17 i trader u post > [ lols ] i rest my case .

ps a person who has faith in a person they buy from like joeypipes who posted a
few posts back up - he had 5 posts - sent his payment from Canada via the mail.
didnt even send it registered mail which means i didnt have to sign for it. i could
have pocketed that money and denied receipt because he forgot to add it
as registered mail ..

I am going to go with a pro with private proxies and who takes paypal. I have had numerous positive transactions with many people on BHW (wowhaxor, sterday, d3t0x, RamChaturvedi, thesilent and tivowatcher).

I prepaid for Xrumer services - etc without any problems. But, I am not going to waste anymore of my time dealing with a rookie who doesn't have anything but scraped proxies. I am certainly not going to send you cash and I don't care how many pics you post of a package (man that was weird)

What should have been a simple transaction you have made extremely difficult so this leads me to believe that you unprofessional and would be hard to deal with in the future.

i did say no offence was went
but my dealings with low post members
have cost me charge backs - and unauthorized
transactions . this is the reason i opt for mail payments
for low account users to stop this . if your saying i have no
right to protect myself from that your missing the point of why
i do it . i have 8 pages of positive feedback from buyers 0 refunds
from fully payed members . i fail to see that makes me awkward .
yesterday i did as u asked - i added you to skype to try to discuss
this but in 6 hrs u never came online . all u did was keep pming
me on my forum .
anyways as u have found a new suplier i will bid u a good day

Proxy, no pissing match from me. It seems you have a successful business going. What I didn't and don't understand is if someone did a chargeback - why wouldn't you just block them from your forum so that they don't have access to your proxies?

It seems like you are being a little paranoid about the whole thing. Why in the world would myself or anyone for that matter do a chageback or dispute the charges if you were providing the excellent service you say that you are?

People doing CL postings and using scrapebox and xrumer are just wanting to go about their business and make some money. It is hard for me to believe that anyone who is successfully using your proxies would do and chargeback - it just doesn't make sense.

pay for a service - use it for a few months
then when u have what u need the owners
call papal say i never payed for this wasn't
me. supplier has to refund . with papal there
always on the side of the buyer if they claim
payment wasn't authorized by then.
banning from a forum does nothing . they just
change ips - use stolen pay pals it happens to
most sellers a few times . even a member was
banned from here 3 days ago for posting the
sale of stolen cc and pay pals.
so to be safe when it comes to low ranks members
even the mods/admins here say its at a sellers own
risk to deal with low post members were they have
no rep.
so i came up with a way to fit those honest people in
who have low post rep tell them to mail there payment.
and as i charge 100$+10$ pay pal transaction charge all
buyers have to do is use the 10$ to buy a cheap card
place it in an envelope goto the post office and send it
registered mail which insures the contents of the envelope
requiring a signature upon receipt. so the overall charge is
no different its still 110$ all the seller does is mail 70 pounds,
