1 golden rule - i dont sell to account
users with no post history.
ive been burned and so have many
users of the bhw forum by users with
no forum rep. now you maybe a great
person, but spare a thought for us sellers
who get burned it makes it hard to sell to
account users with say 1 post in 6 months
or a year = no reputation .

I should add that he went through all of his policies and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He even gave me some pointers that were very helpful.
