Snoopy - one reason you're having a hard time getting an answer - and why I haven't gotten back to you previously - is you're asking a fairly tricky question actually. aski$met doesn't ban _just_ on IP. So on the one hand, any proxy provider would have a hard time answering your question and on the other hand, any proxy provider who "promised" you their proxies would "never" get aki$met banned is a snake oil salesman and either a liar or stupid.

Internals of how aki$met works is something some people are researching. But there's no short, yes or no answer to your question. proxygo's proxy forum is (in my opinion) a great value, but ANY proxy IP used long enough by enough scrapebox users to comment on blogs will eventually end up in aksmet's ban list.

Let me know if you have any other questions. From what I've read, it sounds like aksmet is part of your difficulty with using sbox, but maybe there's some other areas we could work with you on.
