Facebook just changed their spam avoiding system which cause to fresh pvas face problems with app installing. Actually all of them are pvas which could be checked by yourself after you go to this link : http://www.facebook.com/confirmphone.php
I can't control facebook to allow you to install app so i think you could let those pvas become 20 or more than 20 days old to install app then.
