We paid you $84.50 for a service that is not as described. If you are really that concerned with your reputation I would have thought that you would be quicker to aknowledge that the title and description were easily misunderstood, and to offer a refund.

I genuinely expected to get 15 pr5 links back to my site. What I got was PR0 links that I could have made myself.

For you to say that I conned you, on a completely separate thread, Is quite frankly not appropriate. This is a business, and I would have expected you to act like a business man and contact me personally. Any other time you would have done this. This isn't any different. I tried to contact you through the Skype details you advertised in the original post. There was no reply.

So I eventually posted on here.

If you read my first post again, you will see that I actually suggested that something must have gone wrong, thus allowing you the opportunity to protect your reputation and resolve the situation.

If you are happy to give a refund then I would be happy to accept.
I gave you a good review for the work you did for me previously, but this time, I was not so happy. It appears to have been a combination of misunderstandings and perhaps my order not getting "the full treatment".

Either way, a refund would be a reasonable resolution and end to the matter.

Ok. You usually contact me by email...no skype messages here. I think this is a poor way to excuse yourself of calling me a con artist, which I don't take so lightly. I've worked to hard for a solid reputation for one person, misunderstanding or not, to come and blast me, then expect a refund.

First off, Thank you SO much for the response our packages have gotten. In the past 2 days, we have received a new record of 20 orders - just from BHW alone.
