Are you sure you purchased traffic from us? If yes, can you PM me your website deatils ? Will see if something is wrong. Coz there are many reasons why hits may not count at your site like :

-The tracker you use for tracking visitors
-The position of tracking code placed at your site, bcoz if code is present at bottom, it may not measure properly.
- Average site loading time. If your site is taking more time to load, the tracking script don't count all visitors.
