Ordered a week ago or so and still haven't received the YouTube account, tried emailing them and also using their live chat which says respond immediately, which is false aswell as the delivery time. So what is really true?

Gotten 2 of the same email about them 'completing' my order but only sending me a receipt.

My experience with this website was terrible. Their claims of "integrity" and "quality assurance" are untrue, despite their claims to sell "high-quality and verified social media accounts."

When I bought an aged YouTube account from them, I discovered it was inoperable. I asked for assistance, but they wouldn't give me a replacement. The seller even acknowledged that they don't check the accounts and don't know if they are active, yet they untruthfully portray them as "high-quality."

It is obvious that the website is made to deceive users. They are flatly lying when they say they are transparent and rigorously verified. This platform is a hoax, not a reliable one.

Avoid this website if time and money are important to you.

Hello,
You placed an order with us on December 29, 2024 with order number 1922. So here are all about whats happening with us:

We provided him with an account within 6 to 72 hours of our time. He ordered the account from 3 months to 1 year account. He contacted us directly on Telegram after ordering and we provided him with an account directly through Telegram. After getting into the account, he changed the password and told us the account didn't work for him. Also he changed the youtube channel name too. We told him it was okay if the account didn't work we would give him a refund. But he deleted all the messages of conversation between us without telling us anything. He did not want any refund but he want to blame us here. And he came to BHW and made a bad comment about us. He is trying to spread negative things about us. Anyone can see he just create a new account and with his new account only 02 comments against us. Anyone can check his profile then can understand. His profile has only 02 messages nothing else. Its clearly show he is intentionally blame us. He has deleted all our conversations. We have attached some screenshots below as proof, please check everyone.
