• forums are real
• all comments are placed on health topic thread (my niche is health)
• not all forums are health-only ones, but at least comments places on niche targeted topic thread
• OBL numbers are very low, most are 1 page discussions which is good
• OP write niche contextual sentences to place my link

I would say if later these links can be indexed, it definitely has benefits to your website, so I hope OP can sumbit links to indexer to boost it a bit.
