Quick update: Many buyers have tried to run blackhat campaigns that violate Google's policies. Despite warnings and restrictions, they continued to abuse the system multiple times. As a result, Google has limited my account to a $2 spending limit. I have contacted support, but my account is still under manual review. Until this is resolved, I cannot provide new accounts or support previous buyers. I am pausing my sales temporarily and will be back as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
