I purchased a 1 year LinkedIn Business Premium subscription at 20% off from @DigitalsPro. The communication was smooth, and he assured me that it would work on my account even though I had purchased premium and sales navigator subscriptions directly from LinkedIn before. This is where the seller has an edge. All other sellers I spoke to were either priced way too high or could only make it work on a fresh account without any subscription history.
