Received a review copy from the OP.

Delivery was done within a week and the report was detailed in Excel.
The sites used are good and meant for foundation building purposes.
Content used was not very unique but is fair.
Most links are not yet indexed soo hard to state that.
Anchors uses was good as well.
Overall it doesn't look like automated and seems they have done it manually which is a plus.

I will say it's a good service for starter websites, you don't always need bulk backlinks as they can easily damage reputation sometimes.
