We will leave you an accurate review. I was provided with an account with a discount for my first purchase. However, his account rules stated that he had to set a maximum budget of $50 per day. And I ignored this and calculated a budget of $150. (This is not very risky.) The important thing is that I was compensated for the second account, set a daily budget of $50 according to the regulations, and created an ad with a new domain and new keywords. But the same problem occurred. This is 100% an account issue. I have been doing google advertising for over 4 years and the phrase it says is an indication of unpaid balance is that it is a vcc registered on the account or a problem with the account.
I am not saying that the seller is a scammer. I would like to say that if 10 people purchase this account, 1 person will be successful.. lol

He send me a new account that got suspended with almost zero interactions. I logged in and removed the previously created ad. Couple of hours latter the account was suspended for "violated the Suspicious Payments policy". No CC have been added by myself, no ads have been created.
