1. can you do that for german speaking cities (Zurich, Bern) and french speaking cities (Geneva, Lausanne) too ?

2. does it work better for GMB / maps rankings or for organic results ?

1. Yes German language is supported, create a trial account to see if your city exists. If it doesn't let us know which one you need added.
2. Hard to say. Both are effective!
