This account provider service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. The service has been checked to ensure that it can deliver what is advertised.

Information For Buyers:

Basically the seller sells empty Google account which hasn't gone through verification process and just links billing from external account to make it look normal. When warranty time passes, he unlinks the billing, leaving the account empty and unverified.
Bottom line: DO NOT recommend. Stay away from such services.

He scammed me. I ordered 128 vCores and waited 2 weeks but didn't receive the account. I have requested a refund but he only refunded $40 and hasn't replied since.

He just sent me a message saying he will give me 3 32-vCPU account replacements within 3 hours. I will wait for him in this case and update you.
 
He refunded me and gave me an account due to the late delivery. I hope he will be more expert in his work next time.
