Not sure why you wanna do that or if any WordPress plugin actually does what you are asking.
Note that you can set to schedule posts, put in drafts, or publish. So you have the liberty of setting what you want.
Also you can export your content from base site to your money site through WordPress import tool. I am guessing you wanna proofread or make edits on base site. Or just dont want an extra plugin.
But however the case you can generate contents on base site an use WordPress export tool to import it to money site easily.
