A review.
I requested a test balance on 16 December 2023, which I got day after, I use it in 18 and the order was fulfilled. I decide top up the account as I was testing other SMM platform and most of them don't work properly. I placed an order 24 and waited to be fulfilled. It didn't so I reached the seller in 30 which he get back to me that the order has been cancelled (It was on "processing" status until I reached him than it get cancelled, so there's no information about the order earlier.
No worries, I told him if the service was under Maintenace shouldn't be live or a least no selectable. I ask for a guidance for the service that are available. follow up the next day 31/12/2023. I opended a ticket in the website (01/01/2024) , than I get a reply on the 02/01/2024 that the services will get updated tomorrow and he will let me know. I waited two days and reached him again if the services have been updated. he provides the service Id to try (04-01-2024). I submit an order and wait for delivery. the average delivery time mentioned base on previous client order was 62 hours, so basicaly 3 days. I waited 5 days but no delivery. I reached him via dm in 09/01/2024 but no answer about the order.
I open a ticket in 10/01/2024, then he gets back to me requesting the order ID which I provide; then he said he was interested in my order (I think the seller meant he will fulfill the order but from the previous discussion seem to have a little problem to express in English). I check after 12 hours still the same. AT this point a decide to pull the trigger and move to another platform, as this behavior has put me in pending mode right now, and I can't procced with my work. I requested a refund but for me I was interested in finding a reliable service more than getting my money back. this my experience with the platform. I hope the seller focus in providing a better service for the other client in the future.
