Sites are well arranged, categories, monetization method assigned to each site.
Clean and easy to use filters with lots of fields to narrow down your search or keep them as broad as you want.
Spot checked few site with semrush, matrices seems to be current.
Found some weak sites and got their keywords that I can rank using semrush. Found lots of new niches in few mins of using the nichelab database.
It's the best niche database I have seen so far. Highly recommend for newbies and export bloggers , content marketers and SEOs. A must have in your arsenal of tools. With the price thats offered, its a steal. I give it 5/5.

The dashboard is very clean and simple to use.
It contain various filters like DA, Monthly Pageviews, Domain age, Niche, Indexed pages and much more. This make it very easy to set filter and search domains according to our taste.
It contain more than 31,000 websites. These are certainly not common websites and are compiled with lot of research i assumed.
You can see category and subcategory of website. I liked this feature.
You can find out lot of websites which can be easily outranked. You can steal lot of keywords.
Overall, It is very handy to have this type of database.

Whether you're just starting out, or you are already an SEO expert such a site can save you a lot of time which is perhaps the most important... because you can already see which sites ( especially the new ones ) are successful and you'll find plenty of sites and niches from which you can choose the right ones for you.

In this list I also found one of my sites and as statistics the traffic was 90% correct and as for earnings, somewhere between 70-80%, which I can say are good statistics... and very close to reality.

$149 lifetime... it's a really good deal

Nichefinder has 15,000 domains and Nichelab has 31,000 domains. Nichelab is much better value . There is no need for a seed keyword, its a huge library of profitable sites that can be filtered down by DA, age, niche etc.

what could I say:
The platform contains over 30K websites in various of niches and different monetization methods,
You can easily filter nd find plenty of different websites in any given niche and take plenty of opportunities/good ideas,
If you're looking to start a ne project or/and get a ne idea, this tool is really handful

what could be improved:

• adding ref domains/links
• more accuracy
• main countries traffic source
