1. Do not have any jQuery. Any functionality that involves javascript, is custom-made with VanillaJS.
2. Have no extra plugins, or html markup. Only has what the page exactly needs.
3. Are type safe. Further development on the site will be really easy since we use Typescript for every project we make.
4. Do not have any dead CSS code. We use Tailwind/Next.js tree-shaking feature to remove any unused dead CSS, unlike a normal WP site that uses a framework like Bootstrap.
5. Are very fast. You will be amazed at the CLS and LCP scores we can achieve.
6. Are suitable for use as your company/money site. Your visitors will love the speed and quality.

Hi everyone,
This is to let you know that I am closing this sales thread. The reason for this is the fact that I got re-hired by one of my previous companies, and as a result of that, I am unable to continue as a full-time freelance developer. Those who know me personally, know that I am always looking to provide you the best quality services according to my ability. That would be impossible to do with a full-time job, hence the decision.
