Fraud score is not important for mobile proxies, because mobile proxies share the same IP pool with other people - a cell tower is not private. So it could be that one person under the same IP pool does something fraudulent and impacts the fraud score, but providers and softwares know this, so they are more lenient towards mobile proxy IPs and are not as strict. :)
