These guys are just resellers, so don’t expect much in terms of tech support. I opened a ticket, and it took over a week to resolve after I had to explain the issue 3-4 times to different support agents.

On top of that, I can’t trust a provider that doesn’t value their clients' security. I found a major bug that allowed me to generate any proxy type and bandwidth from other users accounts. When I reported it to the owner and asked if they’d offer a reward for disclosing the vulnerability and helping them fix it (which can be abused with a little knowledge of coding), owner response was completely unprofessional. They demanded proof before even discussing compensation, basically expecting me to waste my time for free . I told them I’d provide proof, but only after having a fair conversation about rewards. They didn’t care at all.

This attitude shows they don’t take their clients safety seriously. While I haven’t abused this bug, anyone with basic coding knowledge could easily exploit it. If someone does, expect losses on your balance or bandwidth with no reason.
