I have two questions

1) Which country will work best with your method? i mean high no of views

2) You said you can't guatantee android. Do we get low views or no views on some android?

Send you everything on PM. In short for others:
1) Any country
2) Android and iOS have no difference in views. I just cannot test all androids, there are so many producents, systems and build. I've tested almost all iPhones, but with Android tested only Google Pixel 6A, Xiaomi Redmi 9T -> works
With Nokia 5.1 not working because old Android 10. Android should be 12 or newer.

SERVICE UPDATE - RE-TESTED
In normal situation most people do iOS. I still advice doing iOS instead Android but I have re-tested Android in last few days
-Google Pixel 6A Android 14, working
-Xiaomi Redmi 9T Android 12, working
-Nokia 5.1 Plus Android 9, not working

Not working means, you will not get views from desired country. Android version matters.

So if you don't have iOS device. Check if you have atleast Android 12. Newer Android means bigger user privacy and fixed loopholes, so TikTok cannot identify your device.
