Yes, it will work in India. I have buyers from India and they report it's working fine.
Anyway, for you, using 4G proxy will be the must cause India is baning TikTok servers.

1. Hardware setup needed? I have Mac/iPhone. You say windows, but is it particularly difficult to run from macOS?
2. Is video upload process outsourceable to VA?
For example, I’d like to generate 10-100k views / day & understand that this will require many videos + accounts to accomplish.
I’d like to oursource the repetitive work. Could you give me a rough estimate of price needed to create a setup for 1 VA?
3. I’m assuming cloning+spinning existing TT's is covered in the course as well?

Ad 1.
Windows PC is required, there are methods linked from my course to do the same on Mac but I am not giving any guarantee.
You can also read about the software in my course and find some alternatives. I am sure there are some alternatives, but I am not familiar with Appstore alternatives.

I don't think so, set up this demands a lot of stuff like physical SIM card and other things.
Also I would not like your VA have access to my course.
10k-100k views / day you can easily generate by yourself and you don't need VA for that.
It's possible to generate set up for VA, but you need to have really thinking people to understand what is going on.
That's why I not recommend using VA. I don't want to offend any country, but this is very know thing, that IT VA from some countries are not so clever.
If you still want to use VA, you would need to explain them thing by yourself. It's your job
Ad 3. Yes, there are few methods described in my course with images, video tutorials, etc. how to make videos unique for TikTok algorithms

I am sorry, there are no discounts.
My pricing policy is strict, because I am constantly working on updates and new tutorials to my course. If I would sell this for cheap, I would be not motivated to deliver better and better content to my buyers.
Soon I will prepare the new update for buyers with new tutorials and fixed older tutorials.
Also people who paid such money, respect the product more.

i have already answered you on PM, but to keep it transparent I will reply here. You don't need to reply here any more.
Some guys are telling that iOS is bettter, but same scores you can make with Android.
iOS will be more expensive to run.
With 50 phones I have already gave you the tactic, but you can also use methods from my course and scale it (very easy for your employees)
The course update should be online in 1-2 weeks with new methods, so you will test also incoming stuff if it's suitable for scaling to such numbers of devices.

Just reset the IP
But device reset to factory settings is required. Without reset according to TikTok rules user can have 8 accounts

I want the ability to go LIVE on Tiktok, but for Tiktok to think I'm located in the Philippines. Will this course teach me how to do that?

I want to build 3-4 TikTok accounts of a model I know personally to at least 1000+ followers so we can go live simultaneously. All targeted to the US. We are both located in Germany. All videos will be created organically on her own.
1) Does this method work for 3-4 different phones via the same wifi? Or is a separate wifi needed for every phone?
We are really in for the long haul which is why I decided to dig very deep for the best solution, cause a lot of info out there sucks big time.

We were talking on PM. It's working with live, but in your case I cannot give you the guarantee that TikTok will switch your old account to new geolocation.
It's perfectly working with new accounts, were you get 1000 followers and 16+y requirement. If you have 50k+ followers account, I will not guarantee that TikTok will switch location when you switch geo. Thank you for your PM
