Using this course is it possible to target different countries on the same TikTok account.

For example I'm planning to do a video in Italian language targeting Italian TikTok users and another video in French targeting France TikTok users.

a) in general I advice to do 2 accounts (you can do on same phone)
b) it's possible to switch account country, it will work, but I don't know how effective it will be in long term when you start switching more times. You need to experiment. Sent you PM anyway

Around 30 sold - but yes, it's also to bring attention, so what? It's marketing, even more honest than guys who ask buyers to bump their thread with some text.
I plan to make extended version of that product next month and end sales on first version. The thread will be totaly new, I asked BHW support and they confired, I need to make a new thread.
People who bought it cheaper for $249, will receive more expensive new, extended product.
