Hi, I I'm exploring the possibility to promote a regular white app using this thresholds accounts. What the issues may be? Can this actions trigger app ban in Google play and App store? Maybe there are proper way how to use them so as not to harm the application?

Hey, you could use a cloaker and hide your app from google bots and vereficaitons.
You mean promote through cloaker to promote promo website or direct to Google play store page? Also interesting what will be if I'll use UAC campaign from this accounts. (There is a concern that the application is indicated directly there)

100% scammer dont buy anything from 1 bought 3 Accounts from him and the first one got banned due to circumventing policy then he said its because of your campaign so I thought it might be then again I both 2 accounts from him but this time I tested the campaign from my personal Google ads account and it was up and fine but then I logged in into his given accounts and as soon as I setup the campaign the account gets banned one due to circumventing policy and one due to unlawful business practice then I told him that and he said he'll replace the account and now after 2 days when I'm asking again for replacement he said he won't so please be careful from this scammer all proofs will be sent to BHW moderators

Miss using the account does not guarantee a refund.
Ban related to unlawful business practice and circumventing policy are rarely to do with accounts.
Plus you are trying to advertise in to BH niche, also the same domain was used on all accounts.

I advertised the same domain on different accounts they aren't getting banned but yours are and first you said you'll replace then you backed off so people be careful taking accounts from this prick he don't stay on his words and I got seller from this forum who replaced when that problem happens
