It completely depends on the size of your SMM panel. If you're processing very few orders daily, this will be fine, and you won't face any issues. But if yours has considerable volume, then the hosting will definitely struggle due to resource limitations. I would strongly suggest going with a VPS for such use cases.

They just take days to reply to your tickets. And then mark your unresolved tickets as completed.
The website is hard to navigate, it just keeps logging out all the time.
Just do yourself a favor and buy hosting from another provider.

Never had an issue before - i am hosting simple marketing website (not selling anything, simple corporates websites) : hosting got suspended, no notification by email, i just noticed it. Support not answering, i just want to get access to do a backup and migrate out of this POOR QUALITY hosting service.

I don't want to take the defensive take on this - I acknowledge the issues with Support. For now, the average response time is sitting around 8 hours, as per our system, which may sound too much. But please note that A2Hosting and others take approximately 24 hours to reply, usually via tickets. When we compare their price point to ours, we offer much better and faster service. But that's not an excuse - we're working on hiring more people for our team, and training for Web hosting technologies takes a ton of time. If we let amateurs provide support, faster response times will be of no help.
I am not sure what issues you faced or tickets you created, but please note that once a support ticket has been responded by our tech support, the status will change to 'Answered,' and when 24 hours pass after that point, a ticket will be closed assuming that the provided support has resolved the issue. So if the issue is not resolved by then, you will have to reply back unless you want the ticket to get closed.
About the logging out issue, I believe you're using a VPN. You will be automatically logged out for your safety whenever your IP is changed. If we don't have such a system in place, hackers would be able to get access to your account via Session hijacking techniques. Out of 500+ active users, only a handful face this issue - that too because of the VPN.
If you're still not satisfied with our service or the answers I provided, even if the money-back policy period is over, I am ready to offer a refund. I don't want any of our clients to suffer or be stuck with us - and at the end of the day, your satisfaction matters more to me. Just ping me via PM if that's something you will need. I would be more than happy to process it.
I believe you're the one who got suspended for "Trademark Violation". Let me make it clear - we don't entertain illegal activities on our hosting account. We received a complaint (a proper, legal complaint) from a trademark owner alleging that you were using their exact specific trademark on your domain name. Upon verification, it was indeed true. Our abuse team sent a message about this and did not receive any updates from your end for over 24 hours. Any reasonable provider would terminate the account We only suspended your account and out of your request, we also provided an 8-hour window for making backups even after the suspension.
For POOR QUALITY CLIENTS, who don't abide by the law or bother to reply to Abuse emails on time, our hosting would be no better. I am afraid, any provider would be the same too.

To all other prospective clients, I want to make this clear - if you're doing activities that will attract abuse complaints, we expect you to reply within 24 hours, or else hosting will be suspended. There's no way you can avoid that. Calling us poor quality, bad service, etc., for not making a timely response to an abuse complaint would not be nice. And always go for the Luxembourg Server location if you expect such complaints.
