Masked forwarding is possible if you can setup the same using HTACCESS or using a domain provider's option. We don't yet provide an option for the same out of the box.
Yes, we were having some capacity issues lately, and the Sales team replies took somewhere around 72 hours to get the initial reply as everyone was held up due to local festival. I see the team made a reply.
PS: Support was not affected and all support-related questions were answered within 6 hours even during festival period.
