Does one of your VCCs work with oDesk verification? They will charge 10$ once and then send it back onto your CC after a few days, then you're verified. Is there an appropiate VCC for this?

I would like to know if it would be possible to use these VCCs to register at twilio.

Their registration process asks that my location be US or Canada (which it isn't). I just need this to upgrade my account, so I won't be needing any funds inside of this vcc.

How much would this cost? Is there any guarantee this will work for twilio?

Hi! My country is not supported by Paypal! That's why I created a Paypal account using Malaysian address (not fake, virtual address). Now, I want it verified! But the problem is, just for checking purpose, I went to the credit card verification page! And saw this at the bottom -

After you click Continue, we'll charge this card RM10.00 MYR or equivalent to make sure it's yours. We'll refund the money into your PayPal account within 24 hours after you confirm your card.

How to deal with this problem? 'Cause as far as I know, the VCC doesn't come with preloaded balance! Malaysian Paypal is by far the most reliable one by Paypal themselves! Please help me out asap. Thanks.
