Some insight on VCC created via INDIAN Bank
1. VCC will work on USA/CA/AU/UK PayPal as long as you can add a country specific BANK Account, otherwise it will lift the sending limit from $500 to $2500 keeping your account UNVERIFIED. BUT your account will be limited if you ONLY add a VCC within a month or so and paypal will ask you to add a bank account. if you dont add a bank account, consider your account closed foreever within another month.
2. Never use same VCC to first add to your Ebay and then to paypal, why? Recent experience have confirmed a screen filter that tracks CC added to paypal & ebay (they are basically same damn company). So, add different VCC to paypal and ebay and then link your paypal to your ebay account.
3. VCC are 3 months validity, 24 hours usability cards - meaning , use them within 24-36 hours before they are automatically killed. Once activated (or used on a site), they are valid for 3 months. but you still can't commit a second transaction on them
4. Dont use VCC to pay subscriptions or PPC (adwords) or gambling or porn as they will NOT work. VCC will work on godaddy or any other online site to buy items, pay for hosting etc as long as its not a monthly payment
I have been hit my several members who ask these questions, so i thought to put them in one single post. or read the FAQ's on www.prepaid-visa.info

This is my honest review...
I have just bought 1 vcc from him (rugbyman) for USD8 (BHW only)...
At first, he is a quite cautious guy... He asked me where I came from, what is his username in BHW, what is his sig,etc....
After he verified me that I am not someone who hunted him down for doing something illegal AND after I send him a payment, he became quite approachable...
He is quick when giving out the VCC, the only problem was me... I was going to the toilet a lot... What did I drink? Combined that with a weak bladder I got + I was behind proxy, I guess I was slow.... Add that to the fact that this is the first time I use VCC to verify Paypal...
Well, the transaction goes smoothly... I am able to recommend this guy for all of your VCC needs...
