I can not believe that a Litespeed web hosting +set up standard wordpress theme like twentytwenty one , will give me this;
ttfb= 100-200ms
LCP =500-700ms
these metrics I have seen only on nginx servers

some exceptions on Litespeed Hosters , Hostxnow (demi dedicated) is a fast web hosting as example.
My experience with Litespeed cache is (same with nginx settings) you will see speed the effect on your site after few hours- 24 hours, not within 5-10 minutes. Yes to reduce render blocking scripts, or combine css this result you will see after 5 minutes in gtmwetrix in waterfall, but speed needs some time to effect on your site.
Same when you using a cdn it needs few hours- 24 hours to work on your site.
But the down side is cache plugins left a lot of render blocking js and css Litespeed cache too, it is bloated with them.

This is an initial review. The servers are super fast, something that I haven't yet experienced in a shared hosting. OP is also quick to repond to any queries. Highly recommeded if you are looking for hosting that is both affordable and fast. Below you can check speed test results. I'm using litespeed cache plugin without cloudflare.
Edit: Forgot to add that the performance score for both mobile and dekstop in pagespeed insights is a perfect 100.
